Job Summary
Automation Skillset
Scripting Language: Ansible, Terraform, Python, Powershell
significant experience writing ANSIBLE and Python modules
Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud
Experience in DevOps and GitOps models with infra as code config as code policy as code etc
Proficient in translating designs into fully developed ANSIBLE CODE
Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts subnets routing load balancing firewalls and cloud security
Experience in enterprise scale environments building highly available IaaS and PaaS solutions
Understanding of landing zones cloud native security monitoring and logging tools and Well Architected Framework principals
Experience with containers related technologies and CICD tools Jenkins pipelines container repos etc
Experience in programming and infra automation tools Terraform Ansible Java python etc
Experience in Cloud logging monitoring and observability tools
Proficient in at least one scripting language i e Bash Python

Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity in case of system failures.

Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in supporting Five9 Contact Center, MS Teams Voice, and Avaya Telephony System environments.
Technical Skills:
Five9 Contact Center:
Strong knowledge of Five9 Contact Center solutions, including Virtual Contact Center (VCC) and Workforce Optimization (WFO)
Proficiency in configuring and managing Five9 environments, including call routing, IVR, and reporting
Experience with Five9 monitoring and performance tuning tools (e.g., Five9 Performance Dashboard, Five9 Analytics)
MS Teams Voice:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Voice solutions, including Teams Phone with Calling Plan, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect
Proficiency in configuring and managing Teams Voice environments, including PSTN connectivity, call routing, and voicemail
Experience with Teams Voice monitoring and performance tuning tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams Admin Center, Call Quality Dashboard)
Avaya Telephony System:
Strong knowledge of Avaya telephony solutions, including Avaya Aura, Avaya IP Office, and Avaya OneCloud
Proficiency in configuring and managing Avaya environments, including SIP trunking, call routing, and unified communications
Experience with Avaya monitoring and performance tuning tools (e.g., Avaya System Manager, Avaya Communication Manager)
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Five9, Microsoft Teams, and Avaya technologies are a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams, vendors, and end-users.
