Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to build scalable, high-performance systems and create innovative solutions that empower millions of users.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a foundational role in designing, building, and scaling systems. We’re looking for an exceptional engineer passionate about solving complex problems at the intersection of Data, AI, and System Infrastructure.


Responsibilities:

• Build and scale client’s build and deployment systems.

• Streamline deployment and release management pipelines for customers.

• Develop robust internal tooling to improve developer efficiency.

• Design and maintain observability tools around customer clusters.

• Build and own tooling to automate operational infrastructure.

• Implement best practices for infrastructure security and automation.

• Optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.


Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or System Reliability.

• Strong experience with Kubernetes and related container orchestration systems.

• Proven expertise with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and CI/CD processes.

• Proficiency in Python, with experience in building backend services and APIs.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their operational tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.


Ideal Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience working with complex Kubernetes applications (e.g., split control and data planes).

• Strong knowledge of security practices such as TLS, mTLS, SSO, and image hardening.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

• Experience implementing MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow).

Salary Range: $170,000 to $230,000 + Equity + Bonus (Based on experience and location)
