In this role you'll have direct access to the founders and work alongside them on a daily basis.

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a "smart and gets things done" DevOps Engineer to join our rapidly growing team and help manage and grow a suite of systematic strategies that trades tens of billions of dollars a month.

You will play a crucial role in helping to build, monitor, debug, and maintain the infrastructure behind our trading strategies. As a result, you will also have a direct and measurable impact on P&L and commensurately share in the upside of the firm.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of full time technical experience, ideally in DevOps roles
• Experience administering Linux systems; intimate familiarity on the command line
• Very comfortable using vi(m)
• Python 3.9+
• Git and GitHub
• PostgreSQL (especially with query performance tuning)
• Solid grasp of best practices in security principles
• Deep understanding of AWS products (EC2, VPC, VGW, RDS)
• Network / routing
• Latency testing
• Strong written and verbal English language skills
• Love of Rust

Nice to Haves

• Have experience in a quantitative trading firm (either tradfi or crypto native)
• Have experience coding own trading strategies
• Ability to use Github or other source control management to understand code diffs
• Experience and understanding of the various major crypto exchanges
