My client who have been optimising business solutions for over 100 years are looking for an experienced DevOps Developer to take charge of the maintenance of the companies operational software.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications in C++ and Python, with a focus on internal PKI/TrustCenter systems and cryptographic libraries
• Ensure reliable operation of the TrustCenter, including the timely execution of key processes such as cryptographic key and certificate management.
• Create technical documentation in accordance with internal standards for specifications, operational procedures, and process implementation logs.

Profile:

• A degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in software development and system operations.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming, particularly in C++, with additional experience in C#/.NET/.NET Core, and advanced usage of related frameworks and libraries.
• Solid knowledge of scripting with Python.
• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining virtualized environments using Docker, as well as working with PostgreSQL databases and server applications on both Microsoft Windows Server and Linux.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
