LOCATION- DUBAI. Must Have Skills: DevOps 1. Demonstrate technical leadership with incident handling and troubleshooting. 2. Provide software delivery operations and application release management support, including scripting, automated build and deployment processing and process reengineering. 3. Build automated deployments for consistent software releases with zero downtime 4. Deploy new modules, upgrades and fixes to the production environment. 5. Participate in the development of contingency plans including reliable backup and restore procedures. 6. Participate in the development of the end to end CI / CD process and follow through with other team members to ensure high quality and predictable delivery 7. Participate in development of advanced CI / CD processes such as Canary deployments 8. Work on implementing DevSecOps practices 9. Work with the Engineering team to integrate more complex testing into a containerized pipeline to ensure minimal regressions and comprehensive customer-centric testing 10. Participate in internal team meetings, scoping, decision making and technical documentation 11. Build platform tools that rest of the engineering teams can use 12. 2+ years of software development/technical support experience. 13. 1+ years of software development, operations experience deploying and maintaining multi-tiered infrastructure and applications at scale. 14. 2+ years of experience in public cloud services: AWS & Azure/GCP 15. Experience managing any distributed NoSQL system (MongoDB/Cassandra/etc) 16. Experience with telemetry, observability, and analytics tools /applications, such as ELK, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk. 17. Experience with Microservice architecture, containerization technologies (e.g. Docker), and Cloud Native principles. 18. Experience with continuous integration, delivery, deployment (CI/CD) tools and Pipeline development (e.g. GitLab-CI, Jenkins) 19. Experience with Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps methodologies and practices. 20. Experience with web/cloud-based software version control tools such as GitLab, GitHub, Git, Artifactory 21. Experience with cloud orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, and Docker). 22. Experience with networking technologies (SDN, routing, switching, IP addressing, DNS, Load balancers, etc.) 23. Experience and a deep understanding of Kubernetes, Service Mesh (Istio preferred), API Gateways, Network proxies & Firewall (Envoy preferred), etc. 24. Experience in Continuous Integration and Delivery. 25. Experience and deep understanding of Cloud Networking and Security 26. Strong scripting language knowledge, such as Python, Shell 27. Automation friendly. If it can be codified, it can be automated 28. Experience in Agile development methodologies and release management techniques 29. Ability to continuously learn and make decisions with minimal supervision. You understand that making mistakes means that you are learning 30. Able to handle and prevent security breaches and other vulnerabilities. 31. Proficient with PKI/SSL services, security hardening and patching, monitoring, and alerting. 32. Proficient in Network monitoring and troubleshooting. 33.
