As a DevOps Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft Azure. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize deployments, and ensure the highest levels of availability and security for our applications.

What you will do:

• Design and manage scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Automate manual processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices for security, performance, and compliance in the cloud environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, practices, and technologies.
• Prepare technical documentation on Microsoft Azure and related procedures.
• Own customer issues and see them through to resolution.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Follow SLAs based on issue severity.
• At Office Line, we work as a team- get ready to work very closely with your colleagues and Technical Lead for solving complex problems.
• Work in close collaboration with other ICC technical teams including (but not limited to) Information Security, Architecture, Technical Advisors etc.
• Participate occasionally in a 24×7 on-call rotation.

What you will bring:

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer science or related field
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure Cloud.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, specifically Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
• Scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hand-on Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High quality of communication in Greek and English language, both in written and in verbal form.

Additional Skills to be considered as advantages:

• Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Kubernetes certification (e.g., CKA, CKAD, CKS).
