Location: Windsor, CT (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Architect with deep expertise across modern DevOps tools and practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 14 years of experience and be adept at leading the architecture, design, and implementation of CI/CD processes using Harness/Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and infrastructure automation with TFE and Ansible. Experience in API integration and application development in Java and NodeJS is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Harness to enable robust CI/CD pipelines
• Build and manage API integrations across systems to support seamless connectivity
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Enterprise (TFE)
• Automate configuration management and deployments using Ansible
• Architect and manage build and release pipelines, optimizing the software delivery lifecycle
• Support and enhance microservices-based applications built with Java and NodeJS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps processes with business objectives
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers on best practices and emerging technologies
