• Develop, implement, and maintain device management processes and procedures using Microsoft Intune.
• Configure and manage operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) within the Intune environment.
• Ensure all devices are deployed, configured, and maintained according to best practices and compliance standards.
• Monitor and manage device performance, updates, and patches through Intune.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device management and OS configurations.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration and management of devices.
• Provide training and support to end-users on device management and OS configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in device management and operating systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures for Microsoft Intune.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of Intune-managed devices and applications.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for mobile devices, desktops, and applications within the Intune environment.
• Respond to security incidents related to Intune and provide detailed analysis and reports.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure configuration of systems and applications managed by Intune.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques related to Intune.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on Intune security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
