Key Responsibilities:

Device Configuration & Security

• Create and manage system builds and images for Windows/macOS devices
• Configure firewalls, client security, browser settings, and enforce device policies
• Implement and manage device lock screens and compliance policies

System Updates & Maintenance

• Manage and deploy driver, BIOS, and firmware updates across devices
• Monitor and maintain system health and performance across environments

Workflow & Integration Support

• Administer and maintain myIT workflows to support internal IT service operations
• Handle Ariba integration and updates for procurement and workflow processes

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth device operations
• Address and resolve escalations related to workflows and integrations
• Ensure clear communication of timelines, updates, and policy changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in device management, IT operations, or endpoint configuration
• Proficiency in Windows OS imaging, BIOS/firmware updates, and endpoint security
• Experience with myIT workflows and Ariba platform is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, JAMF) is desirable
