BEAM Early Intervention is seeking a full time, compassionate and dedicated Early Intervention Developmental Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide home and/or community-based services to infants, toddlers and their families to enhance the child's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
●Provide direct intervention services to the child/caregiver in natural environments (home or community)
●Conduct developmental assessments as part of a team to identify delays/areas of need
●Develop, implement and review Individualized Family Service Plans tailored to each child's needs
●Educate and support families by providing strategies to promote development in everyday activities
●Develop and run child-focused and parent-child groups
●Collaborate with other professionals and provide consultations in area of expertise
●Monitor and document progress toward child/family outcomes
●Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
●Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education or a related field
●2 years experience working with young children, with a focus on birth to three
●Strong knowledge of child development principles
●Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
●Current CPR and First Aid certification
●Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
