Tech Company Seeking Experienced Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Leader with at least 3 years of experience managing developer teams in a high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate project manager requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Build prototypes to define development approaches before coding begins.
• Define tasks for developers, including execution plans at the code level.
• Collaborate with developers to estimate timelines for tasks.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with time estimates.
• Review and approve Merge Requests.
• Conduct thorough code reviews.

Requirements:

• Broad technological knowledge with the ability to advise project managers effectively.
• Capability to assess and select appropriate technical solutions and evaluate associated risks.
• Ability to provide initial time estimates for new features and projects.
