Your Role As the Development Operations Manager and Assistant to the Head of Development at PixelMechanics, you'll transition from hands-on coding to a crucial management role. This position is ideal for a developer ready to take the next step in their career path. You'll be responsible for organizing and optimizing the entire Dev department, comprising international developers. Your role will focus on operational efficiency, resource management, and supporting the strategic direction of our development efforts.
