DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Split/Croatia

Reporting to the Acting Managing Director in Prague, Czech Republic.

We are searching for a results oriented individual with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.

This position will appeal to an experienced, energetic, self-driven and flexible individual with superior organizational skills and attention to details who is eager to take on increased responsibility and has ambitious career advancement goals.

We expect

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in real estate development, with a strong understanding, expertise and execution skills of the development process, from land acquisition through construction and delivery. Must have experience in all stages of development including project management and construction of the projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and effectively manage cross-functional teams as well as external stakeholders (i.e., contractors, architects, investors, public officials, etc).
• Expertise and experience in effectively managing budgets, timelines, and resources for development projects.
• Takes initiative and is results oriented.
• Fluent in Croatian and in English.

Key Tasks

• Taking a leadership role and responsibility for multiple real estate development projects; leading the projects from concept to feasibility to execution
• Hands-on manager of internal team and external resources in accordance with the timeline and budget (i.e. architects, project managers, contractors, brokers, sales & leasing agents, etc).
• Communicating with top management and other key stakeholders and partners
