We are currently searching for a Development Manager to lead fundraising efforts and donor relations, manage multiple events, and oversee the development department in a fast-paced, non-profit environment. The role requires a highly motivated, results-driven individual with strong event management, technology, and organizational skills, along with a passion for social justice. Responsibilities include creating and implementing development plans, organizing events, managing donor relations, and working with the senior leadership team.

Qualifications

• BA in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fundraising or development.
• Strong event management and strategic planning skills.
• Proven success in meeting fundraising goals, especially in major gifts, event donations, and grants.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
