🚧 About the Role:

As a Development Manager, you’ll lead project development efforts—driving growth, executing cross-functional initiatives, and supporting M&A, partnerships, and RNG project development primarily in PA, MD, NY, and VA.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Manage full lifecycle development of renewable energy projects—from due diligence to execution.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Sales, and Finance teams.

• Build financial models and assess project feasibility.

• Negotiate contracts and support deal logistics.

• Represent the company in investor and partner meetings.

• Mentor junior team members.

• Travel 25%+

🛠 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience, ideally in RNG or environmental project development.

• Strong budgeting, permitting and scheduling skills.

• Experience with feedstock/gas offtake agreements a plus.

• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive communicator.
