As a Development Manager, your role will involve leading one or more teams of software engineering professionals within a specific unit.

As a Development Manager you should be able to take accountability on the overall deliveries for the unit with respect to project, product and service deliveries by showing the direction by making goals, expectations and priorities super clear.
You should be a leader who is capable of growing people to reach their full potential by recognizing them with constructive feedback while encouraging new ways of thinking and working.
You should be a person who embraces the agile mindset and has the skill to identify “anti-patterns” and drive change within your respectable area to improve productivity.
As a leader you should be willing to make decisions and addresses problems at an early stage that should drive to better quality and employe wellbeing.
