Summary

Our Development Engineering Technician Specialists perform experiments for the Advanced Technology Services (ATS) Engineering team. Responsibilities: * Communicate to Development Engineers when ATS material is not moving in the factory. * Troubleshooting and disposition of non-conforming material. * Performs standard and advanced engineering experiments from our online ATS Technician Request system. * Will become proficient to process wafers across all fab toolsets (100+). * Utilize continuous improvement and engage colleagues within operations group to eliminate waste and improve product quality. * Operate with a reasonable level of independence. Required Qualifications: * 6 years exper with AAS degree, 2 yrs experience with BS, or 8 years experience without degree * Strong understanding of Semi processing in one of the following areas: Photo, Etch, Thin Films, CMP, or Implant/RTA. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient with MS Office * Effective on your first day of employment with SkyWater, you will be assigned to E Shift, defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with a 60-minute unpaid meal period in mid-shift. * U.S. Citizen Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience with RSC writing and changing engineering specs * Demonstrated experience with SPC
