OVERVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Motus Recruiting and Staffing are proud to partner with KairosPDX in the search for a Development Coordinator. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire position. The Development Coordinator advances the growth and long-term sustainability of KairosPDX by supporting a range of fundraising, donor engagement, and public outreach efforts. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of grants and gifts, maintains data integrity through detailed entry and reporting, and oversees donor acknowledgments to foster strong relationships. In addition to managing backend fundraising operations, the Development Coordinator actively contributes to the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, events, and donor communication strategies. The role also plays a vital part in maintaining grant and donor documentation and supports public communications, including newsletters and social media—designed to amplify the organization’s mission, engage stakeholders, and expand community support.
