TEDxHarvardSquare is a platform for global change built in the heart of Cambridge. We convene thought leaders, communities, and emerging voices to accelerate the ideas that will define our shared future. Our goal is to scale TEDxHarvardSquare into the largest TEDx event in the world by 2030 — a 70,000-person gathering at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

As a Development Specialist, you’ll support the growth and sustainability of TEDxHarvardSquare by helping to secure sponsorships, donations, and in-kind support. You’ll help craft compelling outreach and ensure that partnerships reflect our values of impact, equity, and excellence.

• Identify and research aligned potential sponsors
• Assist in writing pitch decks, emails, and grant proposals
• Maintain partner tracking systems and follow-up protocols
• Support execution of sponsor deliverables pre- and post-event
• Help produce donor events and fundraising activations

• Have strong written communication and interpersonal skills
• Are proactive, persuasive, and mission-aligned
• Enjoy building and maintaining professional relationships
• Can think strategically about value exchange and impact storytelling
• Have led a fundraising campaign of over 100k.
