As a Meta Developer Support Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for supporting large-scale, highly-technical, internal products. The infrastructure is among the largest and most advanced of its kind in the world. You will be embedded within an internal product team with responsibilities that include answering frontline support questions, being the keeper of the user experience in team meetings, and helping impact product direction.BA/BS degree in computer science, technical writing, physics, mathematics, or chemistry or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience with a programming language such as JavaScript, Objective-C, Java, PHP, or Python. 2+ years of experience in developer support and/or developer outreach for a developer audience or equivalent experience. Experience with the technical development process of writing code, testing, and releasing to production. Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
