Expectations and Tasks: Resolve complex issues within own area of expertise and support others in resolving issues. Show initiative and drive topics to resolution in a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency. Work closely with others and share expertise to ensure product success. Constantly improve own work methods to gain state-of-the-art agile software engineering skills. Enhance skills beyond own core functional focus and work on other tasks for the benefit of the team. Education and Occupational Experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
