About the Role

We’re looking for a Developer Analyst who’s eager to bridge the gap between business requirements and cutting-edge software development. In this role, you’ll analyze, design, and enhance digital payment systems and smart commerce tools that fuel the next generation of financial services.

Reporting to the Head of Technology and Software Development,you’ll work across cross-functional teams to drive innovation, build efficient workflows, and implement technologies that scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate market insights into actionable product and tech strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to design and refine payment platforms.
• Develop roadmaps for smart product features and tech innovation.
• Lead R&D efforts to identify and integrate emerging technologies.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve system capabilities.

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software development, data analytics, or business analysis — ideally within fintech.
• A passion for innovation, strategic thinking, and agile delivery.
• Strong communication skills and a drive to solve complex problems.
