Job Description

1.1. FTE Skillset
1.1.1. Two to three (2-3) years providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshoot ing hardware,software, operat ing system issues and problems and fix ing the issues
w ithout impacting I violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
1.1.2. Client insists on Background checks be provided for all Technicians w ith auditable reference to Education and
Qualificat ion and Previous Employment history.
1.1.3. Hands on experience in installing, troubleshoot ing and
fixing desktops, printers, laptop and other computer peripherals hardware problems.
1.1.4. Experience or ability to follow installation instructions in
installation and troubleshoot ing desktop applications.
1.1.5. Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction based activities at sites.
1.1.6. Ability to lift I move computer equipment weighing up to
SOLbs.
1.1.7. Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S. Subcontractor to identify through t1ransition and communicate iin advance the dispatch locations where basic MAC O/S support may be required as a smart hands event. Once the loc ations and quantities are known,Client and WWTS will mutua lly agree a support strategy for Mac O/S support.
1.1.8. Client prefers where commerc ially practical that the
Subcontractor' use technicians w ith an Assoc iate's Degree in Electronic s and CompTIA A+ Certificat ion. Where the Subcontractor is unable to do this,they will ensure and certify that technicians meet 'Subcontractors' own internal required standard. A 'Client' spec ific technic ian certific ation program
will be introduc ed during transition.
1.1.9. Experience w ith Ant i-spyware and Anti-virus software.
1.1.10. Some usa ge Knowledge of TC P/IP networking,DNS, DHCP, VPN,and RDP
1.1.11. Evaluation and installation of primary and peripheral computer and networking hardware, including, but not limited to: monitors,keyboards,mice,printers,fax machines, scanners,routers,w ireless routers,switches, firewalls,racks, cabinets,multi-port data termination panels all under 'Smart1.1.11. 1.1.12. Ability to troublesho ot issues w ith systems and networks using good deduct ive reasoning skills under 'Smart Hands' capability supported by Client.
1.1.13. Good written and oral communications skills w ith clients and management. Good people skills. FTE w ill speak local language and English to fac ilitate communication w ith Client.
1.1.14. Ability to work w ith deadlines and complete tasks on-time.
1.1.15. FTE's may be subject to a Service Readiness test by the Client. FTE's w ill be accepted based on their successful completion of this Service Readiness Test. All tra ining requirements w ill be provided by the Client. Service Readiness Test may need to be completed before go-live w ith suffic ient time to obtain a replacement if necessary.
1.1.16. Subcontractor w ill require a simple tool kit for each FTE. Too lkits w ill be defined at transition phase. All the FTE's should have valid mobile phones and number of the same
need to be shared as required. Technician must be contactab le
after hours for emergency quest ions.
