  • Extensive experience in customer service.
  • Expertise in mobile device management and asset life cycle management.
  • Proficient with ticketing management systems.
  • Ability to assist and support various projects.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn about new technologies and adapt to evolving industry trends.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mac support experience is a plus.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions is a plus.
