About the Role:

We're partnering with a client to find a hands-on, people-oriented Desktop Technician to support a wide range of users across various departments and onsite locations.

This is a fantastic entry point for someone early in their IT career who's eager to learn and thrive in a supportive, real-world environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide in-person and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Travel between departments and buildings to troubleshoot and resolve user issues
  • Support hardware/software including Apple, Dell, O365, Google Workspace, and Cisco Meraki
  • Explain fixes clearly to users, share insights with the team, and ask the right questions to uncover root causes
  • Assist in maintaining the broader infrastructure environment, which includes physical servers, virtual machines, SD-WAN, OSPF, and cloud platforms

Who We're Looking For:

  • A people person who communicates well and enjoys helping others
  • Someone curious, dependable, and eager to learn-technical skills can be taught
  • Comfortable navigating a variety of work environments and adjusting on the fly
  • Organized, attentive to detail, and capable of maintaining confidentiality (HIPAA experience is a plus)

Preferred Knowledge/Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience within technical support
  • Microsoft Windows OS and basic networking concepts (Windows networking systems, internet protocols)
  • Exposure to common IT infrastructure (servers, firewalls, switches, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Additional Notes:

  • No formal degree required-mindset, attitude, and growth potential matter more
  • This is an onsite role with travel between local facilities as part of the day-to-day
