Summary

Job Description, Network Desktop Technician Provide tech support services to small to medium businesses both onsite and via remote access. Take service calls from current clients and answer calls from prospective clients Perform technical troubleshooting of all kinds for small businesses and individuals Setup new computers (desktop, laptops, servers), network equipment and printers Make on-site visits to customer locations throughout San Francisco Bay Area. Create and update documentation with details for client systems Setup, troubleshoot and configure basic network equipment Managed Services knowledge with best practices in keeping IT systems efficient. QUALITIES: Work independently and as a member of a team Be polite and personable with customers Discipline to track hours and keep detailed notes of activities Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to work in many different offices and locations REQUIREMENT: Reliable vehicle for daily travel throughout the Bay Area Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.50 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: Fremont, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Desktop support (Preferred) iOS (Preferred) Windows (Preferred) Work Location: In person
