Job Summary:

The Field Service Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our customer's equipment. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing our products at customer sites across Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
  • Repair and replace defective components
  • Install new equipment and systems
  • Provide technical support and training to customers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed service records
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a related field
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Certification in relevant field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, etc.)
  • Experience with [specific equipment or software]

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to HCL policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to HCL policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off (PTO) per year (some positions are eligible for unlimited PTO); and 10 paid holidays per year.
