Desktop Support Engineer

We have an exciting job opportunity with our client within legal services. This role offers the chance to collaborate with some of the largest companies in the market. The position require a commitment of at least 40 hours per week, providing significant opportunities to contribute to and grow within leading organizations in these dynamic industry.

The ideal candidate will possess a support background, excellent communication skills, and be committed to delivering top-notch service. This position requires exceptional customer service, the ability to prioritize effectively, and strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. You must have proven experience working with senior leadership and providing white-glove level support.

Skills Needed:

Install and set up equipment and hardware/software and perform upgrades when necessary.

Support end-users through tickets and walk-up desk-side support.

Provide white-glove level support to senior leadership.

Act as an escalation point for L1 resources.

Prioritize tickets and tasks independently.
