Job Description

 Manage and configure Windows servers, operating systems, and workstations.

 Oversee network connectivity, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

 Troubleshoot network issues and maintain network performance.

 Install, configure, and troubleshoot networked printers and peripheral devices.

 Ensure printers are available and properly integrated with the network.

 Install, configure, and update antivirus software across all systems.

 Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

 Document all support requests and system configurations for future reference.

Skill Requirements

 Good communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements

 6 months - 1 year experience of networking, windows, office, printers, Wifi, Windows servers and Antivirus

 Any 6 months course in IT.

 Should have own conveyance.

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements

 Any 6 months course in IT.

 Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and

providing exemplary customer service.

 Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within the instructions' parameters.

Job Requirements

Working Days: 6 days working, Monday to Saturday (3rd Saturday off)
