Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for end users.
• Assist with network setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi environments.
• Install, configure, and manage Linux-based systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform system updates, patch management, and assist with basic scripting tasks.
• Support IT security initiatives and participate in infrastructure projects as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Understanding of key networking protocols such as IP addressing, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an ability to resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with Linux command-line interface (CLI) and basic scripting skills (Bash, Python preferred).
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and users effectively.
