Role Title: Desktop Engineer


Possibility of remote work: No (Full work from client office )

Contract duration: 6 months in start and renewable

Location: London


SHIFT PATTER:

1) Monthly rotation shifts: the 1st shift from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and the 2nd shift from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

2) Candidates must be able to work occasional after-hours and weekends in the office, ideally once or twice in two months, to support Infrastructure teams with validation checks.



Detailed Job Description:

-More than 8 years of experience in Desktop support

-Expert in O365, teams, Outlook, O365 applications, OneDrive

-O365 cloud environments support

-Perform installation, configuration and deployment of operating systems and standard software for laptops and desktop computers.

-Audio/Video conference support (Crestron, VoIP, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, meeting room equipment fitouts)

-Mobile device management

-VPN Support, Printer support, wifi, network

-Experience in Patch deployment (SCCM)

-Desk side support role for VVIP clients

-Experience working with Asia-based offshore support teams

-European client facing experience will be preferred.
