Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for desktop support engineer with experience on desktop & servers for one of the leading organizations of Thane with following responsibilities. Desktop support service - OS installation , Outlook configuration & Troubleshooting. Should have desktop/Laptop installation and troubleshooting. Hands-on Experience in Active Directory, DNS & DHCP. Printer & Scanner Configuration Set up monitoring and maintain the server parameters i.e. CPU, Memory, disks, network, ports, application url, application services, etc. Servers OS level troubleshooting and users issues OS-dependent package installation OS patch management as instructed by the security team Advising on software or hardware upgrades. Escalate and Coordinate with Servers Hardware Support Vendors for break-fix issues Provide hand and feet support such as reboot server etc Backup monitoring Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Thane - 400615, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Speak with the employer +91 7208366443
