Description

We are on the lookout for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team based in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The selected individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks including Android development, managing Cisco and Citrix technologies, handling computer hardware issues, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support for Android development projects.
• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Technologies to ensure smooth operations.
• Administer Citrix technologies, resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintain and repair computer hardware as necessary.
• Utilize Dell Technologies for various tasks and operations.
• Oversee the Active Directory, ensuring it continues to function optimally.
• Support and troubleshoot Apple devices within the organization.
• Implement and manage Backup Technologies to secure company data.
• Perform Configuration Management tasks to ensure system stability and efficiency.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Android Development.
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies.
• Experience with Citrix Technologies.
• Understanding of Computer Hardware.
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies.
• Proficiency in Active Directory.
• Experience with Apple Devices.
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies.
