Technical Services Analyst / IT Support position for 6-12+ months that requires 5 days onsite/week in NYC

SHIFT: 10am-7pm

About the Role

• AV Support
• This person will be more hands on with IT people who work in the office, visitors from other offices, staff, youth, etc.
• Providing support to Phones and PCs
• They will be the sole desktop support person in this office - dealing primarily with onsite people, occasional phone calls from around the country
• 60/40 PC/Mac
• Setting up and fixing printers
• Occasional router/wifi fixes
• Kiosks around the building – connectivity, troubleshooting, etc
• Helping to set up new hires
