Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role located in Melbourne CBD, VIC. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting various IT issues, supporting printers, and offering hands-on desktop support. You will assist in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure ensuring smooth operations and assisting users with their technical needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in supporting Desktops and Laptops for technical issues
• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Printer Support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Understanding of network and system security best practices
• Experience in providing support to VIP users
• Valid Victorian licence is a MUST
• Able to travel to between different sites including regional locations
