While this position will see you covering all levels of reactive support over the macOS estate, a forward-thinking approach to proactive implementations, upgrades and automation is encouraged to improve the systems.

Strong expertise in macOS operating systems, MDM solutions, and Bash scripting will be essential for success in this role, and any experience with scripting exposure with PowerShell or Python for automation is a bonus.
