Role: Desktop Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Description:

• Installation, maintenance, and resolution of day-to-day user support calls
• Installation and updating of desktop operating systems and other software
• Configuration and maintenance of email clients
• Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 OS and client-level applications
• Testing and validation of system functionality
• Physical setup of computers and installation of software systems
• Remote desktop/software troubleshooting
• Support for Windows networking (wired and wireless)
• File and printer sharing services
• Antivirus installation and issue resolution at the client level
• Printer, scanner, and peripheral device setup and troubleshooting
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Experience with patching and software updates

Job Specifications:

• Qualification: Graduate or any Technical Degree/Diploma
• Certifications: MCP / MCSA / MCSE (preferred)
• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Communication Skills: Should have a good command of written and spoken English
