Client are looking for Call Center agents. These people create IT Service Requests for clients calling them via a toll free number. They have basic skills in comparison to Desktop Engineers. They also focus more on customer handling to understand their grievance, map it to the right service queue and capture appropriate notes in the ticket and route them to the correct agents
