Summary

Responsibilities: Provide Deskside support for End users on: Deskside Software, MS Windows, Office, Outlook Provide Install, Move and Change of deskside services to end users Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues Identify, investigate, and solve problems or incidents in accordance with established procedures, practices, and service pledges Communicate effectively with end users and other support parties Requirements: Higher Diploma holder or above in I.T. At least 2 years working experience in I.T related field and have solid deskside support background Knowledge in PC LAN support and PC with Windows environment Knowledge of Windows 7, 10 and Windows based applications Solid experience in providing IT deskside support is preferable Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage Able to work independently . ***Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred. Expected Salary in CV is needed for consideration*** All information provided will be treated in strict confidence and used solely for recruitment purposes.
