The Modern Creative Solutions & Floral Design Team (formerly Modern Display Floral) is a multi-channel creative services team specializing in strategic creative execution, brand compliance, and multi-channel solutions. We offer creative excellence in visual displays, floral design, and more. Position Overviews: We are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our team as "Seasonal Design and Installation Associates". The ideal candidates will work closely with our Director of Creative Solutions & Floral Services and our Fresh Floral Manager, assisting with both the creative and administrative tasks necessary to deliver top-notch floral services, Holiday Décor, Event and Expo services and more. A flexible schedule, ability to stand for long periods of time, work with ladders, team lifting, working with basic tools, etc. is a necessity for both of these positions. Full-time availability is preferred, but we will consider part-time for the right candidate. During the Holiday Season day, evening, or weekend hours may be required. Key Responsibilities: Showroom Operations: Provide excellent customer service and support as needed in the store. Assist in coordinating showroom displays, changeovers, and seasonal set-ups, ensuring displays are well-maintained for a great customer experience. Work alongside the team to maintain a positive and professional work environment. Support Christmas décor installations, including prep, installation and clean-up. Qualifications: Proven experience or strong interest in floral design, visual merchandising, or related creative fields. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to various tasks and projects. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team. Experience with event production or visual display setup is a plus. Ability to learn the "Modern Display Way" and work within those guidelines, follow direction with willingness to complete the tasks needed What We Offer: A collaborative and creative work environment.
