T-Mobile's in-house agency, T Studios, is looking for a mid-level Digital Designer to join its Web Brand & Design team. We're seeking a visual storyteller with a deep understanding of digital design, who can bring our brand to life online-primarily supporting T-Mobile Home Internet and T-Mobile Fiber initiatives.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with copywriters, developers, creative leads, and cross-functional partners to craft bold, engaging, and intuitive digital experiences. From responsive marketing pages to in-app creative and digital modules, your work will help shape the visual language of T-Mobile's digital ecosystem while aligning with our brand standards and customer-centric vision.
We're looking for a designer who thrives at the intersection of UX, branding, and technology-someone who's as comfortable mocking up sleek mobile-first layouts as they are iterating quickly based on stakeholder feedback. If you love solving design problems and pushing the boundaries of what's possible online, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
* Design and produce digital assets for mid- to high-complexity projects, including landing pages, banners, modules, and in-app experiences.
* Work within brand guidelines and established design systems while delivering fresh, strategic, and accessible creative solutions.
* Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and other team members to create cohesive and effective digital narratives.
* Present concepts and final designs to creative leads and cross-functional stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and user-centered thinking.
* Support senior designers on complex projects-assisting with revisions, asset production, icon creation, prototyping, and handoffs.
* Contribute to the evolution of T-Mobile's design systems, templates, and process documentation.
Qualifications
Required:
* 3+ years of digital design experience in an agency or corporate setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile-first design work. Please include a portfolio link on your resume.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma (or other collaborative design tools).
* Experience designing within CMS constraints (e.g., AEM) and understanding of front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS is a plus).
* Solid understanding of digital design principles, responsive design, UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, SEO, and best practices around AI-generated content.
* Understanding of the marketing sales funnel and how digital content supports the customer
journey.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when presenting work and receiving feedback.
* Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Preferred:
* Experience in the telecom, tech, or consumer electronics industry.
* UX/UI designer is a plus
* Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and collaborating within design platforms.
* At least 18 years of age
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
