Job Summary

The Design/Build Architect will work closely with clients, project managers, and construction teams to create innovative, functional, and cost-effective building designs. This role involves conceptual design, project planning, and collaborating on the execution of construction projects.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead the design process, from initial concept to final construction drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project goals and requirements.
• Create design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support during construction phases, including reviewing shop drawings and coordinating with contractors.
• Oversee the preparation of presentation materials, project renderings, and design reports.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on design-build projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Registered Architect (preferred).
