Job Description Develop concept sketches for motorcycle seats and actually build solid models. This person will present and explain design direction to stitchers on the floor as needed. They will coordinate the look and function of product lines. * Develop and continuously improve design processes * Communicate and coordinate with suppliers where design input is required to develop specifications for products, design, and cost savings projects. * Support the development and execution of product design strategies * Responsible for the stitching of new designs and products from start to finish Skills sewing, industrial sewing, upholstery Additional Skills & Qualifications * Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions * Perform work accurately and thoroughly * Adapt to change in the workplace * Communicate in writing clearly and concisely * Ability to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea * Pay attention to the minute details of a project or task * Ability to focus on a goal and obtain pre-determined result * High School Diploma or GED Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr. * -------------------------------- Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Three Rivers,MA.
