Design Manager (Support)\n\nLocation: Cambridge\n\nWorking Hours: 40 per week (Start Time 7am) Mon - Fri\n\nPay Rate: £29 ph\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * 8-years working in a Design Manager role for a Tier 1 Main Contractor in UK\n\n * Experience in engaging with Third Parties and robust coordination and recording of information exchanges\n\n * Experience in extensive coordination and liaison with teams to provide combined and consolidated project reporting and submissions\n\n * Experience in use of BIM modelling software to support design coordination via BIM Coordinator\n\n * Experience in delivering projects with a BREEAM Excellent rating\n\n * Degree qualified in a technical subject appropriate for role – required to demonstrate competence to Building Safety Regulator as part of approvals under Building Safety Act\n\n * Professionally chartered to a body appropriate for role – required to demonstrate competence to Building Safety Regulator as part of approvals under Building Safety Act\n\n * Site based 4-days per week, with flexibility for 1 working from home day – ideally someone within 1 hour of travelling distance to Cambridge
