Function/Role: Design Co-ordination , Technical Review, Stakeholder liason, programme and deliverables management ,

Design complaince , value engineering , site support, change management suport, handover and asbuitl documentation

Key Responsibilities/Duties

Lead the development and execution of design concepts, ensuring they align with project goals.

Oversee the preparation of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.

Collaborate with external consultants, architects, and contractors to integrate design plans seamlessly into the construction

phase.

Resolve design-related challenges and provide innovative solutions.

Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.

Specific Requirements/Conditions: (long hours, nights, shifts, travel/mobility)

Minimum 5-8 Years For Fitout Experience In UAE

Minimum 2 projects of value 60-80 million for ID, fitout co-ordination in UAE

Working from site offices as required

Driving license is a must

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Master’s degree or advanced certification in Design Management is preferred.

Experience Required: Minimum 5-8 years for fitout experience in UAE

Minimum 2 projects of value 60-80 million for ID, fitout co-ordination in UAE

Skills

Skills:

• Strong background in design and architecture
• Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to manage and lead a team of designers and architects
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Experience in overseeing the technical aspects of design projects
