The Role:

As a Design Manager with our client, you will lead the technical delivery of residential developments. You will manage direct reports and will be responsible for oversee the design production across all stages of lagre-scale Residential proejcts.

You will ensure the coordination of the Design Management function with other functions within the organisation such as feasibility, planning, commercial and construction functions. Potential candidates for this role should have design management experience in the residential sector with knowledge in timber and steel frame construction having a distinct advantage.

Required Background:

• Degree in Architecture/Construction Mgmt/Engineering or similar
• 7+ years professional experience
• Residential experience needed
• Exposure to Timber frame/Steel frame beneficial
• Experience with Main Contractors/Developer needed
• Track-record in delivering projects in the Irish market
• Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with all stakeholders
• Must display a pragmatic, problem-solving approach to obstacles encountered
