We're seeking a motivated Intern and a sharp recent graduate EIT to join our growing team in Portland, OR. Work on diverse projects across the continental US that include affordable housing, innovative timber structures, and complex concrete structures and foundations. Responsibilities

• Gravity beam and column calculations (wood, steel, and concrete)
• Design in software such as ETABS, SAFE, RISA 3D, Enercalc,
• Lateral analysis of plywood and concrete shear walls and diaphragms
• Review of submittals for projects in construction
• Assist on construction administration
• Detailing of structural connections under the guidance of a project manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• EIT licensure
• Basic academic exposure to ACI, AISC, ASCE, NDS, or SDPWS design manuals
