Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and resources across a team of drafters and engineers to produce documentation: construction drawings, site plans, and zoning documents for telecommunications infrastructure, including new builds, collocations, and rooftop installations.
  • Provide engineering oversight, decision-making, and team leadership while ensuring project timelines and client expectations are met.

  • Review and interpret as-built drawings and structural documents, applying engineering solutions to complex projects.
  • Develop construction permitting drawings, including site layouts, equipment installation details, electrical and grounding plans, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with site acquisition teams, RF engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardization within the engineering team.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering with P.E. Licensure in TX (or ability to transfer it to TX and open to obtaining licensure in multiple states)
  • 2+ years preferred in telecommunications or similar industry experience

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred but not required).
  • Preferred experience leading and directing teams remotely
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
