Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Design Engineers specializing in Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in the design and coordination of building services projects for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. Lead-level candidates will also provide technical guidance, project oversight, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design MEP systems (mechanical HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) for commercial buildings.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Coordinate designs with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines.
• Conduct load calculations, system sizing, and energy analysis (for mechanical/electrical).
• Select appropriate materials and equipment based on project requirements and codes.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes (e.g., NEC, IPC, ASHRAE, NFPA).
• Review and interpret construction documents, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Support site installation, inspection, and commissioning efforts.
• For Lead roles: manage project timelines, mentor junior engineers, and act as the technical point of contact.

Requirements:

• 3–10+ years of experience in MEP design (Mechanical/Plumbing/Electrical).
• Proficiency with design software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and relevant calculation tools (e.g., HAP, Ductulator, ETAP, SKM).
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, IPC).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• PE or EIT certification is a plus (required for Lead roles).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with LEED projects or sustainable design.
• Prior work on healthcare, educational, or commercial high-rise projects.
• Hands-on experience in both design and field coordination.
