What You’ll Do

• Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies and cross-checking cost estimates
• Prepare detailed submittal drawings per BCM standards including but not limited to control drawings, flow diagrams, network drawings, valve and damper schedules and bill of materials
• Prepare BAS equipment floor plans indicating networking and DDC equipment layouts
• Generates RFI’s
• Develop HVAC sequences of operations
• Gather all technical information to produce quality submittals
  
  

Who You Are

• B.S. in Engineering or 2-4 years’ HVAC Controls Design or Maintenance experience
• Understanding of networking, temperature controls and integrated systems
• Strong skills in electronics troubleshooting and relay logic
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drawing software
• Good understanding of construction methods
• Ability to work in a team environment while taking responsibility for individual tasks

Reports to the Engineering Manager

Salary Range: $75-$95K
